Terms of service

These terms govern the use of PaseoClub. By creating an account you accept them; if you disagree with any of them, do not use the service.
Pending legal review: the legal entity name and registered tax address of the provider still need to be added.
What PaseoClub is
A platform for salons, spas, barbershops and aesthetic clinics to manage their appointment book, point of sale, clients, payments and communication. It is contracted for professional use, not personal consumption.
Your account
Whoever registers the business declares they have authority to do so. You are responsible for your team's credentials and for what is done with them. Tell us immediately if you believe someone accessed the account without authorisation.
Acceptable use
PaseoClub may not be used for unlawful activity, to send unsolicited communications, to impersonate another person or business, or to attempt to access other businesses' data on the platform. Nor to resell the service without prior written agreement.
Payments: who charges whom
Your clients' payments are yours and land directly in the account of the gateway you connected: PaseoClub never holds that money. Separately, on the Premium plan we charge 10 % of the appointments PaseoClub BRINGS YOU — the ones booked from the directory or arriving through our advertising. Appointments you enter in your own calendar carry no commission, and every charge is itemised appointment by appointment so you can check it. It is charged on Fridays to your subscription's payment method.
WhatsApp and Meta's rules
If you connect a WhatsApp number, you agree to comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform policies, including the one on unsolicited messages. The number is yours and you may disconnect it whenever you want. Meta may limit or suspend a number that receives blocks or reports, and that is outside our control.
Your data is yours
Your business's and your clients' information belongs to you. You can export it while your account is active. We use it solely to provide you the service, as described in the privacy policy.
Availability
We work to keep the service up, but we cannot guarantee it will never be interrupted: we depend on third parties — hosting, payment gateways, Meta — and we perform maintenance. We give notice ahead of planned downtime.
Suspension and cancellation
You can cancel whenever you want from the platform or by writing to us. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or puts the service or other businesses at risk; except in urgent cases, we give notice first and a chance to put it right.
Liability
PaseoClub is provided as is. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. To the extent the law allows liability to be limited, our total liability is limited to what you paid for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Mexican law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of the United Mexican States.
Changes
If we modify these terms we announce it inside the platform before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means accepting them.
